Meet Our CEO
Derrick Griggs leads 80|20 Group with a rich background spanning commercial, state, and federal markets in healthcare, construction, and manufacturing. With expertise in project management, process improvement, and lean implementation, Derrick has spearheaded transformative technology projects enhancing supply chain and operations efficiency.
Notable accomplishments include minimizing hiring costs for Medi-Cal Rx, the largest pharmacy Benefits Management program in US history, through process optimization and tax incentives. Derrick's leadership extends from developing a Project Management Office and spearheading an Enterprise Lean initiative to achieving significant supply chain improvements.
A former Corporal (E4) in the US Marine Corps, Derrick brings discipline and leadership to his role. His customer-centric approach has left a mark across various sectors, including healthcare and government. Certified in Six Sigma, Project Management, and Lean Management, Derrick's commitment to excellence drives 80|20 Group's mission of innovation and operational excellence.
